The accommodation price includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, parking, breakfast, and during the summer season, access to the sun terrace and pool.
Check-in: 16:00–22:00
Check-out: until 12:00
Breakfast: 08:00–10:00
Quiet hours: 23:00–07:00
Pool: 09:00–21:00 daily in good weather from June to September.
Please note: there is no lifeguard at the pool; use is at your own responsibility. Children under 12 may use the pool only under parental supervision.
Pets are welcome in standard rooms by prior arrangement, with an additional fee of €15.
Pets must be under the owner’s constant supervision on the premises and must not disturb other guests. A leash is required at all times.
Late check-out
until 17:00 the following day (subject to availability, confirmed on-site): €25 per room.
A booking is confirmed with a 100% prepayment via bank transfer 14 days prior to arrival, unless agreed otherwise. In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
Group bookings (3 rooms or more for the same period): 30% upon booking and 70% 14 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellation, the prepayment is non-refundable.
